At Domaine NJC, our wines are made from grapes that we grow ourselves, harvested by hand and meticulously handled from vineyard to bottle. Intense aromas reminiscent of the plants of the garrigue, thyme, rosemerry and fennel coat this wine. These flavours are enhanced with subtle notes of freshly ground pepper corns, black wild cherries, cinnamon and cardamom pods. This wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, bottled without filtration in order to preserve the integrity of the wine optimizing its complexity and length in the mouth. The grapes of this Muscat were harvested by hand and come from a single vineyard plot nestled on a hillside of the village of Lesquerde. This wine has been carefully crafted with delicate handling, minimal intervention, worthy of the nobless of the Muscat grape. After two years of aging in French oak barrels of 225 liters, this wine presents notes of spring flowers, lemon thyme, lime and orange blossom petals. Thanks to the natural and chiseled acidity of this wine, it is a perfect match with seafood as well as with subtle and refined dishes.

Grown on our estate this Cabernet Sauvignon wine was produced from hand-picked grapes, gently fermented in open-top fermenters before being transferred to 225L French oak barriques for two years maturation. After this delicate handling the wine displays notes of star anise, vanillan leather, cigar box cassis, violets, plum cinnamon and thyme. The wine is a perfect accompanyment to pizza, hearty gamey dishes and seared meats.

This wine was produced from grapes handpicked at the peak of their flavour ripeness. The berries were softly pressed, the juice barrel fermented, and aged for 24 months in 225L barriques on yeast lees to enhance complexity. The low yielding non-irrigated old vines produced only enough grapes for four barrels. This delicate wine displays notes of guava, star jasmine, oriental flowers, sea breeze, citrus rind with a lingering acid finish. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with all seafood and poultry dishes.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this rosé were picked early to retain maximal natural acidity and deliver a crisp finish in the wine. The pressed grape juice was fermented in 225L aged oak barrels to increase complexity and depth of pallet weight. The wine displays notes of cinnamon and raspberry delicately enrobed in a lingering strawberry and cream mouthfeel.
